It's been a very long hiatus from deviantArt and a lot has changed in the last year on here and in my life. The long detail isn't required, but I'm blogging more, taking photos again (I had pretty much stopped taking my Sony with me anywhere), got a new computer to process edits and putting stuff back on here. I'd actually forgotten how much I liked photography and how therapeutic the after-process could be. Alongside the "Oh I took 200 photos, but I'll only like 3", but those 3 are great (in my eyes at least). To many more photos and perusal of other people's work. 

That's right! For the first time in my life, I'm getting my lazy ass out of my parent's house and moving in with my girlfriend...to the complete opposite end of the UK. I'm moving to a wonderful county called Devon, only 20 minutes or so from the coast. Already have lots of plans, including: 1) I really need to get a job - not through lack of trying 2) Getting my sea kayaking qualifications and generally kayaking more 3) Lots of photos of a new area 4) Losing weight (again) 5) Of course, uploading many photos which I've already selected...just haven't uploaded for some reason! So hello there people! I am determined to get at least one photo up here per week and I'm going to take my camera with me wherever I can, apart from when it's tipping it down with rain. Hopefully I'll take photos that I think are good enough to upload :) Here's to happier times, filled once more with photography. B
